While we continue working, producing, creating value and making a difference, we have to pay more attention to our impact on the environment, society and humanity than ever before. The United Nations in 2015 published the Sustainable Development Goals, which set vital objectives for all humanity and societies to ensure social and economic sustainability. As Boyner Group, we have been organizing all of our business methods to support these 17 goals. For years, we have been working on the principle of managing the environmental impact of our operations at our own stores and factory as well as our supply ecosystem and distribution channels. We meticulously implement our strategy of increasing our positive impact on our employees, customers, industry and the whole of society through our practices of workplace democracy, our approach of gender equality, collaborations with NGOs, and the support we provide for disadvantaged communities and the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
