Inclusion

Inclusion

Various activities are carried out with employees, who are the main components of business processes, under the head of communications at Boyner Group. Employees are reached via different channels and news all of works completed during the year and current news of the group are delivered to them. Employees are informed through internal and external communication channels, and their opinions and recommendations are asked for. Current news and information about available vacant positions at the group companies, individual achievements of the companies, special campaigns for employees, information about the organization’s history and its managers, organized conferences, projects implemented within the corporate responsibility area and volunteering activities are shared with all group employees through “Boynererişim” (Boyneraccess) which is an internal communication platform.

Transparency, openness, accountability and inclusion form the foundation of the management approach at Boyner Group. An "open communication" environment where employees can freely express their ideas and suggestions is supported at all our group companies. We believe that all kinds of opinions, suggestions and criticisms of employees about their work will help to develop the group. We encourage employees to share their opinions and suggestions through internal communication channels. In case of any dispute that may occur at the workplace, all employees are treated under equal terms without status discrimination.

We handle the establishment of employee rights and the establishment of human rights at workplaces and suppliers by going beyond employee rights within the scope of our "democracy at work" principle. Our goal is to define and create businesses and workplaces which are appropriate for human dignity. We care that the principle of equality brings justice for all identities in practice and we make the necessary mechanisms operate to ensure this.

Employees at Boyner Group and our supply network are entitled to freedom of association and collective bargaining, which are their citizenship rights. Suitable working environment is provided for the relevant claims.
