İYİ İŞLER (GOOD WORKS)

Since its inception in 2015, our "Good Works" project has been empowering women entrepreneurs to pursue their endeavors. We understand that without women's equal participation in the economy, sustainability is unattainable. In collaboration with the Turkish Women Entrepreneurs Association (KAGİDER), our project at Boyner Group has been ongoing since 2018. The sixth round of training under the Good Works initiative concluded in February, with 119 women entrepreneurs graduating.

SENİNLE TAMAM (COMPLETED WITH YOU)

With the "Completed with You" project focused on women's employment, we endeavored to provide job opportunities for women who had to pause their careers for various reasons, aiming to create new employment models. The project was designed to address a significant societal need through its recruitment approach. We provided women with the chance to work, earn, and pursue a profession without feeling like they were lagging.

YARINLAR BÜYÜSÜN! (LET TOMORROW GROW)

"Let Tomorrow Grow" is a project dedicated to creating comprehensive supportive policies for parenting. We provide various forms of support for our employee-parents, such as extended paternity leave, adoption leave, postpartum psychological support for both parents, dietitian services, and child development training. As a part of this initiative, paternity leave at Boyner Group has been extended to a total of 4 weeks, including 1 week of legal leave and an additional 3 weeks of paid leave.

In 2022, we launched the "We Are One, We Are Together" project, aiming to support Boyner Group employees not only within the organization but also in their personal lives. We committed to standing by our employees against any form of violence they might encounter. By participating in the "Business World Against Domestic Violence" training organized by Sabancı University, we initiated this project, making supportive adjustments in our human resources policies. We incorporated education and psychological support stages, resulting in a comprehensive initiative. Through our long-standing efforts in promoting gender equality and the implementation of this project, we proudly became the first retail company to sign the International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention No. 190 on the Prevention of Violence and Harassment.

GÖNÜLDEN İŞARET (HEARTHFELTH SIGN)

Our focus is on fostering an inclusive communication environment for our employees, business partners, and customers. To achieve this, we initiated the "Heartfelt Sign" project with the assistance of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Disability Department, aiming to facilitate our employees' learning of sign language. The objective is to have at least one employee in both our head office and Boyner stores proficient in sign language. In the initial phase of the project, 28 of our employees successfully completed their training and obtained their certificates.

MOR YERLEŞKE (PURPLE CAMPUS)

In the aftermath of the earthquake, we sprang into action to support women, children, and the elderly in the region, transforming our emergency aid into lasting projects. Collaborating with the Federation of Women's Associations Turkey (TKDF), we backed the Purple Campus initiative to enhance the conditions of vulnerable groups in the earthquake zone and establish psychosocial safe havens. Each Purple Campus features a psychologist, a social worker, and a child protection specialist. Of the total 25 campuses in the project, we supported 14 Purple Campuses. Yet, our support didn't stop there; underscoring the importance of fostering a resilient community and the objective of amplifying kindness through unity, we launched a dedicated campaign to expand the number of settlements, shedding light on the region's needs. Through messages like "If Women Heal, the World Changes" and "Let's Heal Together," we urged everyone to contribute to the growth of Purple Campuses, reaching out to more women and children. Our efforts included fundraising through Fonzip for the project.
